It is preferred that appointments are made via the online booking tool. If you have questions or need assistance booking, reach out via text, email, or social media. 

Cash, paypal, cashapp, and venmo are the only forms of payment accepted.

If you arrive unprepared and require card payment, a $5.00 fee will be applied to the total costs of service. (This is the cost NM SKIN BAR is charged for card usage and is not optional).

Please reach out via text, email, or social media for same day availability. 

Please text 231-468-5900 to alert us that you have arrived. You may wait in your vehicle or find a seat in the waiting area inside of Magnolia's. 

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment must be done at minimum 24 hours prior to your scheduling time to avoid charges. Cancelling or rescheduling after the 24 hour time period will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of service. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be forfeited and you will be charged 100% of your service cost. I cannot ask my next client to wait on behalf of a late client.

NM SKIN BAR offers numerous contact methods that are available 24/7 to notify us if you are unable to attend your reserved appointment. Unfortunately if you are a no call, no show you will be unable to schedule with us again and you will still be charged 100% of your appointment cost.
